Develop and
implement C&E strategies to continuously improve employee engagement
and working environment of PepsiCo in a context of transformation and
pressure to improve productivity
Partner with
HR business partners and senior leaders to help drive and shape PepsiCo
culture in line with company values
Design and/or
implement culture & engagement initiatives (org health surveys,
recognition process, engagement events, working process) that underpin
business objectives & challenges, based on analytics and insights
Lead the
diversity & inclusion (D&I) agenda and support its delivery across
the Benelux and DACH Business
Partner with
external Diversity Networks to manage Benelux and DACH Business membership
commitments and leverage external best practices
Cooperate
closely with Europe Centre of Excellence to ensure deployment of corporate
initiatives and tools at the local level
Identify
consistent themes across functions/BUs and build common solutions across
multiple geographies or organisational units that are locally relevant and
respect different cultures
Collaborate
with Communications & Talent Acquisition to ensure consistent employee
communications and employer branding
Support other
aspects of the local OMD agenda such as the implementation of learning
& development and talent management initiatives

and experience in developing and implementing Culture, Engagement and
Diversity Programmes
