The position reports to the Head of HR Country Services Germany and Austria and is based in Hochheim, Germany
As an HR Manager you will have the opportunity to drive excellence in the delivery of HR services within your area of responsibility. You will work in a highly professional and fast-paced environment.
In this position you will be responsible for labour and government relations, , local reward services, reporting and compliance, supporting organizations based in Germany. You will work closely with business leaders and different HR stakeholders, especially the HR Service Center delivering core HR services to the geography.

The successful candidate has a strong personal drive for results, an ability to motivate others and is able to effectively manage conflicts. As you will be working in partnership with many key stake holders internally and externally (including cooperation with works council, employees, HR Service Center, government, and immigration authorities)
you will need to possess a high level of collaboration, engagement and leadership skills.
We believe you have a degree in HR and 4+ years experience in similar roles, possesses, strong knowledge of a local labour law and experience in reward as well as benefits
As a person, you possess a high level of integrity and autonomy, superior communication and an ability to collaborate across functions, geographies and levels.
Fluency in English & German, both, written and spoken is a must.
