We are looking for a
motivated Intern for our Human Resources Learning & Development team. In
this role, you will have a unique opportunity to peek into global HR processes
and a plethora of different HR topics, such as learning & development,
engagement, recognition, company culture.
In this role you will:
- Support various employee engagement activities, such as
our Long Service Award process, DHL Freight Star Awards and Diversity Day
- Support with planning and roll-out of an Onboarding
toolkit
- Communicate with HR managers from all Freight countries
to gather various needed information
- Support with preparation of various documents and
presentations
- Take on daily administrative tasks in the team
- Research on various HR topics
- Proactively suggest improvements for current processes
Support by various events and activities
Our perfect match:
- You already gathered some experience in the business or
NGO world
- You are well structured, organized and persistently
work for your goals
- You have conceptual and analytical thinking
- You are punctual and able to meet deadlines
- You are detail and quality oriented
- You have excellent communication skills, orally as well
as in writing in German and English
- You are well-versed with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master
- You are available for min.20h/week, at least 6 months
