YOUR ROLE

  • Provide Job Evaluations for all MC positions in Europe based on the Hay methodology
  • Steer the global job evaluation process and the respective global network
  • Identify and implement innovations regarding organizational management
  • Lead, steer and drive global projects in the area within a global network / project organization
  • Support Henkel’s business units and HR department in all questions of organizational management
  • Develop a competence center for organizational management at Henkel

YOUR SKILLS

  • Academical education in the area of business administration
  • Min. 5 years of work experiences in the area of HR
  • Fluent in English (writing & speaking)
  • Change driver to foster organizational management within HR and Henkel
  • High sense of ownership

Excellent understanding and broad experience on organizational set-ups – preferably also from other companies
