Job Evaluations for all MC positions in Europe based on the Hay
methodology
- Steer
the global job evaluation process and the respective global network
- Identify
and implement innovations regarding organizational management
- Lead,
steer and drive global projects in the area within a global network /
project organization
- Support
Henkel’s business units and HR department in all questions of
organizational management
- Develop
a competence center for organizational management at Henkel
YOUR
SKILLS
- Academical
education in the area of business administration
- Min.
5 years of work experiences in the area of HR
- Fluent
in English (writing & speaking)
- Change
driver to foster organizational management within HR and Henkel
- High
sense of ownership
Excellent understanding and broad experience on organizational set-ups –
preferably also from other companies
