translation of our HR strategy into operational reality. As a Global HR Process
Manager you are responsible for the global operationalization of the following
core HR process clusters:
Central (Personnel Administration and Organizational Management)
a process manager, you are a global expert for your area of expertise and
a consultant to global centers of expertise, regional HR centers and local
are globally responsible for designing and implementing our HR processes
and reporting and analytics concepts as well as their continuous
consistent dialogue and close collaboration with your numerous
stakeholders in HR and the IT function, you ensure that your processes are
aligned with our HR strategy, can be executed with efficiency and a very
good employee experience, and keep the right balance between specific
local needs and global standardization.
your project management expertise, you support or lead the roll-in of your
processes into the regional HR centers by facilitating workshops, managing
testing activities and training.
run-mode you make sure that your processes are adapted, documented and
stay compliant with global and local data protection and data privacy
rules, legal requirements, company agreements as well as HR procedures.
provide process and system training and communicate changes to the global
/ master’s degree with an HR focus and at least 2 to 3 years of working
knowledge in an HR organization
knowledge of HR processes, HR reporting and analytics, web and cloud based
project management, workshop facilitation and process and system training
in business process management (lean processes), managing through KPIs and
working in a virtual global team
communication skills in English
