Quality and Reliability Engineer

Person employed in this position will be responsible for contribution of own ideas to 
identify, propose and support implementation of measures aimed at increasing the quality and 
reliability of existing products and apply proven methods. Tasks- Perform a variety of technology/engineering assignments, mainly in product maintenance related projects;

  • Prevent or reduce the likelihood or frequency of failures;
  • Define and drive product quality and reliability improvements;
  • Ensure alignment with assigned targets (time, cost, quality) and coordinatesactivities;
  • Participate constructively in working teams;
  • Prepare technical reports independently.
  • Requirements– Higher education in engineering (preferably electrical engineering);
  • Experience in electric drive systems field;
  • Experience in analyzing calculations related to power engineering and data analytics;
  • Knowledge about Microsoft Office (Excel, word and PowerPoint) and SAP (basically SAP QM/MM/PP modules);
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.;
  • Ability to work in groups or be self-motivated and to be an effective contributor when working in multi-cultural teams.Additional information

Tasks

  • Design, configuration and testing of telecommunication equipment;
  • Site installation supervision and commissioning of telecommunication equipment;
  • Technical support for marketing, PM and engineering;
  • Technical support & training for customers and subcontractors;
  • Technical resolution preparing;
  • Technical problem solving;
  • Telecommunication equipment service;
  • New products implementation.Requirements
  • University degree in electronics, telecommunications, or engineering;
  • Good knowledge of the communication networks, wired and wireless technology, ideally in the power industry;
  • Good knowledge of the LAN-switches, routers and firewalls;
  • Several years of experience in field of telecommunication systems to utilities and industry;
  • High level of analytical capability with the computer literacy;
  • Excellent customer relation skills;
  • Ability to work under time pressure;
  • Fluent in Polish and English language speaking;
  • Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and MS Project;
  • Driving license;
