Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to work closely with the Hotel Manager ensuring the profitable and efficient day-to-day running of the hotel.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Daily contact and public relations with guests
  • Manage smooth operation of restaurant and Bar service with an upfront approach
  • Liaise with head office and colleagues to ensure accurate, up to date information is held in the resort
  • Ensure good communication links between yourself and your staff
  • Carry out effective personnel management with regard to staff training, staff communication, implementation of tasks and duties
  • Supervise work carried out by staff and necessary corrective action
  • Stock controls for kitchen, cleaning products and bars

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management or related fields 
  • At least 3 years of professional work experience in Hotel Management
  • Bar and restaurant experience at a supervisory level
  • Team Management skills
  • Advanced communication skills, conversational and written.
  • High level of customer service skills with appropriate and demonstrable experience
  • Advanced Computer and Numeracy skills
  • Fluent in English, Familiarity with any other language is a plus
