Job Description:

A Country Sales Manager is responsible for building a successful business in the region with full P&L responsibility for both top and bottom lines. 

  • Develop, manage and coordinate annual sales plans
  • Achieve sales, profitability and market share goals
  • Responsible for developing success strategy for the region
  • Design and Implement go-to-market strategy to determine the best balance between market share and profitability
  • Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market our solutions to potential customers.
  • Use of strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments.
  • Consistent use of sales approach and techniques based on product or service solutions.
  • Log, track and maintains customer contact and contact records.
  • Attend sales meetings, vendor training, local trade shows to keep current with technology. 
the company will provide assistance to obtain visa or work permit.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Telecommunication leading companies is required
  • Solid general management, sales and marketing experience
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly competitive, positive, and results driven sales person
  • Strong in-person, phone and written customer communication skills.
  • Understanding of workflow systems and their application to customer business process improvement.
  • Ability to make formal and informal presentation to staff and clients.
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals.
  • Strong PC skills required, including use of standard MS Office applications.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Must be able to travel.
