On behalf of our client, a leading professional IT services firm, we are actively seeking applications from experienced Recruitment Coordinators to ensure the smooth running of the recruitment process and manage the administrative process. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving team at an exciting time of growth.

  • Assisting with the recruitment process and working closely with the team to ensure that all processes are followed and coordination of recruitment is fully covered and under control at all times
  • Building strong relationships with HR and Hiring Managers and gain an understanding of roles and requirements in order to format all relating documentation
  • Sourcing candidates using online recruitment services and social media
  • Ensure all documentation is correctly completed and received including up to date job descriptions
  • Point of contact for all admin queries from the HR admin centre.
  • Tracking all assignments on the international assignment tracker ensuring information is kept up to date and accurate.
  • Monitoring short term business visitors and ensuring that all reports and records kept under this arrangement.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor degree in related fields
  • At least 2 years of proven experience of working successfully in a similar role
  • Knowledge and experience of supporting the end to end recruitment process
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and tight schedules
  • In-depth understanding of the recruitment process and associated compliance and probity
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Proficiency in English
