Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior to mid-level HR professional to join a leading multinational based in UAE.
Responsibilities:
  • Supporting recruitment, on-boarding and induction of new employees, managing local HR and payroll administration
  • Advising on employment law, coordinating the salary review process and coordinating training & development initiatives
  • Assisting in employee relation issues such as disciplinarians and grievances
  • Administration of new starters, leavers, holidays, sickness etc.
  • Support the HR Department in the launch and delivery of both HR and business change programmers
  • Coordinating during Appraisals and Increment exercise.

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor degree, preferred if in HRM, Management or related fields
  • At least 2 years of experience in handling general administration
  • Experience in sourcing candidates for various roles, pre-assessing and helping conduct selection process
  • Good experience in Generalist profile in Engineering & Construction Industry would be a plus
  • Experienced in Employee engagement Initiatives and Training
  • Excellent HR operations experience
  • Vast knowledge of HR systems & Employee motivation activities
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
