Job Description:

The Compensation and Benefits Analyst will be working as part of the Reward team. The Compensation and Benefits Analyst opportunity offers a mixture of compensation and benefits activity with a focus on analysing market data to support the overall Reward strategy.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Supporting senior members of the reward team to deliver the annual pay review
  • Working closely with line manager, broader HR and also other Reward colleagues to deliver a high quality service
  • Emphasis on data management, manipulation, analysis, interpretation, presentation and reporting to ensure timely information is available to meet all compensation planning, management information and reporting
  • Build external relationships with market data providers and liaising with peers to deliver best practice
  • Providing support to international HR network
  • Analysing and reporting on compensation and benefits data
  • Advising on Compensation and benefits queries

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor degree in HR, Management or related fields
  • Previous experience in a Reward or Compensation Analyst role
  • Proven HR Analytical skills
  • Numerate with data management, manipulation, interpretation, analysis and data presentation skills
  • Advanced IT skills: Excel, HRIS, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work with a wide range of client groups and external providers
  • Project Management skills
  • Flexibility with tight schedules
  • Previous PeopleSoft or HRIS experience is a plus
  • Proficient in English
