Job Description:

On behalf of our client, we are looking for T & D Experts who can design and deliver programs like competency framework , IDP, succession planning ,  TNA (Training Need Analysis), etc.. 

Responsibilities:
  • Report to Head of Training frequently
  • Coordinating with HR Manager, Shared Services Director on strategic  needs

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor or college degree
  • Minimum 10 years' of related professional experience
  • Extensive experience in Human Resources Development(HRD)with emphasis on Training, Career Development, Leadership Development, Graduate Development, Organisation Development,  Competence Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Ladders
  • Broad experience conducting Organisational, and Individual Training Needs Assessments (TNAs) to determine, develop and implement Training Interventions that meet business needs while considering internal and external factors that may impact success
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Talent / Leadership Development concepts and Best Practices
  • Expert knowledge of Competency-Based HR Models, Methodologies, and Instructional Practices
  • Extensive experience with Draft, Design & Implement T&D programmes
  • Extensive experience in implementing T&D processes.
  • Proficiency in English & Arabic
