Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of Sales Training and program.
  • Use instructional systems design methodologies to analyse, design, develop, and evaluate technical curriculum.
  • Develop and implement multiple training programs specific to each audience while coordinating with project leaders, subject matter experts, technical reviewers, management, Sales Training staff and external sales partners.
  • Design, develop, and maintain web-based and print-based material including self-study guides, quick reference guides, job-aides, and online tutorials and help files.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing materials and revise materials for projects supported by Sales Training.
  • Facilitate all training programs on an as-needed basis.

Job Requirements:

Requirements: 
  • At least a Bachelor Degree in related fields
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Training Management
  • Advanced curriculum design skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior public speaking experience with professional presentation skills is a plus
  • Proficient in English, Arabic or Kurdish
