Job Description:

On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking to appoint an experienced and hands on Head of L & D to lead the function.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Developing a Talent Management program as well as a Leadership program
  • Delivering some of the must-have Training modules
  • Define organizational L&D strategy for next 2 years
  • Reporting to the HR Director and leading the L&D strategy for the firm
  • Utilizing internal learning resources as the main method for delivery, utilising external providers on a limited basis
  • Delivering commercial interventions and programmes that can help revenue generators to win and retain more business
  • Developing performance management systems and running bi-annual appraisals

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor degree in relevant fields
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in related roles
  • Proven experience in Talent agenda and Managing early career pathways and graduate hire
  • Solid Training and Development experience
  • Excellent analytical and IT skills
  • Proficiency in English
