Hello! Traveling on KLM Airlines FRA Terminal was an excellent experience. KLM counter personnel were courteous and cooperative, helping with a last-minute change of seat. The terminal itself was easy to find one’s way around, and facilities such as shops and cafes were easily accessible. Security was quick thanks to effective screening personnel. Waiting areas close to the gates were clean and well-seated. I also liked how the boarding was done zone wise, minimizing chaos. KLM and the terminal team made the entire experience stress-free and pleasant. Will surely take this route again!
