Responsibilities:
- Promote business in both the property management, leasing and real estate sales
- Identify and establish relationship with individual and multiple unit holders
- Follow up and close deals with commercial and residential unit holders
- Listing of real estate units lease and sales on company website
- Create, develop and exploit commercial opportunities to increase the company’s income through existing and potential new clients
Skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
