·        Handling Track clients who are primarily government, Training Providers, Schools, and Universities…etc.

·        Meeting sales targets on a month-on-month basis.

·        Obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.

·         Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

·        Organize pre/post adoption presentations and do product training sessions, when needed to gain or support adoptions.

·        Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

·        Regular email and telephone contact with key contacts.

·        Minimum 10 targeted visits per week.

·        Carry out other routine administrative duties as required

·        Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

·        Follow – Up : Offer full service to above market by arranging for complementary courseware to be sent to Trainers/Instructors/training managers, HR Managers…etc. as per their request and corporate policy, as well as supplementary materials e.g. Trainer’s books, etc…

To gain or support adoptions

Pre/post adoption presentations.

Follow up on delivery and evaluation of sample copies in market. – Report to manager for follow up.

·        Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

·        Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

·        Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

·         Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

·         Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
