Frontier-Kemper, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Construction Scheduler and Project Controls Engineer for our project in Squamish, BC.

As a Construction Scheduler and Project Controls Engineer at Frontier-Kemper, reporting to the Construction Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

· Update Project Schedule monthly using Primavera P6.

· Manage and update three week look ahead schedule.

· Generate Monthly report for the client.

· Assist with Change Management duties and change estimates.

· Perform schedule delay analysis, prepare time-impact analyses (TIA’s) and recovery schedules as needed.

· Monitor Budget and perform cost to complete analysis.

· Assist with client billing.

· Communicates with site staff and subcontractors to determine the actual construction progress.

· Visit work locations to determine progress for schedule updates and quantities for budget updates.

· Update material schedule and other project control tools.

· Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with P6 on heavy civil projects

· Strong knowledge of construction specifications, building materials, methods and procedures, and the ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and subcontracts.
