Our client, a well-established oil & gas company is currently looking for a Data and Information Management Team Lead to join their large IT department. This is an ideal opportunity to join a business with a rich past and a deep focus on new technologies.
Reporting to the IT Manager, some of the key responsibilities are:
- Design and implement policies for effective data management and continuous improvement.
- Ensure protection of important records and security of confidential data.
- Conduct information analysis and maintenance.
- Monitor and analyse data systems to evaluate their performance and improve their efficiency.
- Lead training programs to raise IT awareness and enhance communication.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT or Data Management. Previous exposure to the Oil and Gas industry is highly advantageous.
