Personal Attributes and Skills:
The HR Officer will address the company needs for training and development, employee appraisals, equal employment oppurtunity, employee relations, workforce planning and recruitment.

Previous experience in HR, with a proven ability in providing support and assistance to all company personnel for employee related issues.

Superior communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy in a high pressure, deadline driven environment.

Ability to work efficiently within a team environment and with minimal supervision.

A high level of attention to detail and well-developed time management skills; and

A professional approach to work and enjoy a team environment.

Total Remuneration Package – up to $105,000.
