YOUR TASKS
2nd and 3rd level remote support for complex collaboration solutions (focus on Cisco)
Troubleshooting and operational operation
Supporting our customers with complex problems
Implementation of configuration and design changes
Systems Engineer: Escalation management towards manufacturers and customers
Junior: Supporting the existing team with repetitive tasks and assignments
YOUR PROFILE
Systems Engineer
Relevant professional experience with a focus on Voice & Collaboration (Cisco Callmanager, Cisco Expressway, Cisco TMS Server, WebEx Teams, Telepresence Service)
Cisco CCNP Collaboration certification or equivalent expertise
Junior:
Affinity for network infrastructure solutions (focus on Cisco)
Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent expertise
High willingness to communicate within the team and with customers
Structured and solution-oriented way of working, flexibility and commitment
Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English

A gross annual salary of at least EUR 50,000 is offered for the advertised position (systems engineer), as well as an overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
