• Proven expertise as an electrical engineer.
• Proficient in organizing various aspects of an ongoing project and communicating crucial messages to colleagues.
• Knowledge of the application of safety codes and regulations to develop ergonomic and efficient electrical systems.
• Having a decent knowledge of relevant electrical design tools and software.
• Remarkable understanding of international standards and regulations to streamline processes and activities.
• A degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Having minimum of 12 years of real estate design and material experience with a degree in Electrical engineering.
• Have specialist knowledge and experience in Electrical systems both internal and external electrical infrastructure i.e. substations etc.; ELV systems, Control & Automation, Telecom network, Security systems etc.
• At least 8 years in Middle East region in similar major RE/ Infrastructure Projects.
• Certification from electrical authorities preferred.
