Vimeo is seeking a Manager, Accounts Receivable to join the Enterprise Finance Operations team, a role that will play a vital part in working with our AR team to support the continued growth of the company in the Enterprise space.

This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of our US based AR team members and account receivables for their portfolio of Enterprise accounts. In this role you will be hands on and lead the team in achieving best in class collections and customer support while being a pivotal member of our AR management team, contributing to the collection strategies, customer feedback, team efficiencies and liaise with members cross-functionally to assure success.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the small team in day to day operations of our accounts receivable and collection processes. Handle escalations, and work in the capacity of player/coach when warranted
  • Enhance and implement effective strategies for collections, including dunning and automated workflows and manual reach out efforts
  • Partner with Bangalore AR/Collections team to discuss best practices, possible efficiencies and strategies that can work domestically and internationally
  • Provide world-class customer service to internal and external customers (i.e., Sales, FP&A, Customer-Success, Revenue Accounting, Billing Team)
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of training materials to quickly onboard the AR team members
  • Collaborate with Customer Support to create and suggest articles and videos that can support customers in their payment journey and usage of Vimeo’s payment tools

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

  • 4+ years of B2B collections and/or customer support/success experience (in public software or SaaS company preferred)
  • Understanding of collection strategies and payment operations
  • Experience with managing and developing a team, including remote members
  • Experience implementing and maturing systems and processes
  • Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and common goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of internal and external customers
  • Flexibility to execute, adapt, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment at a high growth company
  • Experience in ZenDesk is preferred

Targeted Base Salary Range: $83,000 to $121,000.

The base salary range listed above is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
