Job Description:
A Tech start-up in Frankfurt, Germany, is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team. The Office Manager is responsible for a full suite of office management relevant functions and general administration supporting the operations in Frankfurt.
In this role, you will…
All aspects of office management, dealing with suppliers, vendors, facility management (cleaning crew, IT, office equipment, kitchen, etc.), and office budgets
Managing reception, incoming mail, emails, and telecoms
Building strong relationships with the landlord and key stakeholders
Overseeing the Project Administration team
Mentoring the team and identifying training needs
Scheduling and organizing internal meetings
Collaborate closely with EMEA Office Management
General office purchasing, billing
Maintaining personnel data – emergency details & passport/visa
Liaising with EMEA Regional HR leadership and DACH HR Coordinator
Conducting new hires onboarding & induction
What you want need…
Apprenticeship and/or Degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience
Ideally, a minimum experience of 10 years in office management and/or administrative lead role in the professional services, engineering, construction, or architecture industry
HR administration, payroll, and benefits of advantage
Fluent in English and German, additional European languages are a plus
