Job Description
P
- rovides support to the Planning/Scheduling Group and in conjunction with the Construction Team S
- elects, trains, and supervises a staff qualified to analyze and schedule activities pertinent to design, engineering, and construction projects. F
- requently interfaces with clients, stakeholders and upper-level management. A
- nalyzes drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of networks for project planning and scheduling man-loading, materials, equipment, installation and testing, support facilities and costs. P
- repares master critical path type and time-scaled overall schedules. P
- repares plans and master schedules, interface management programs, status reports and performance evaluations. A
- nalyzes and/or reviews progress reports against the schedule. D
- evelops and maintains workforce estimates and equipment and material delivery requirements. M
- onitors material status reports against construction schedules and reviews them with Contracts and Construction Groups. D
- evelop key project control data into high-level reports and presentations to Senior Management T
- o control/ monitor all project-related performance data M
- aintains liaison with the project and the field for schedule revision and updates. S
- upports Project Management in accomplishing project status review and performance control. P
- erforms other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate under the direction of the Project Director. u
- pdate themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place on the project. P
- erform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

- achelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 1
- 0+ years experience. M
- ust possess strong skills in developing presentations for senior management using various graphics packages. S
- trong Knowledgeable of current Primavera Enterprise Systems (P6) scheduling technology and its effectiveness on the project. P
- roject Control reporting in terms of schedule-linked KPI’s. S
- trong analytical skills S
- trong knoeldge and competency in building Performance’ Trends & Varition anaysis S
- trong IT skills. P
