As the Project Officer, you will play a key role in contributing to the planning, implementation, and successful delivery of strategic initiatives through a range of diverse projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on the overall student experience at our University. You will be collaborating and engaging with diverse stakeholders across various departments, enabling you to contribute to meaningful change and growth across the organisation.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and implement project plans, and monitor the status of deliverables
  • Build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders to facilitate successful collaboration and communication
  • Draft and review reports for relevant committees and invested stakeholders

This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).

 


How will you inspire us?

You will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously, and see them through to completion
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability form strong relationships and effectively engage and consult with a wide range of audiences
  • Proven high-level organisational and prioritisation skills, including the ability to work to competing deadlines

What we offer

The remuneration for this position is from $91,259 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
