The position reports to the Head of Sales.
- Business development of new and existing clients.
- Keep up to date with market development.
- Ensure client satisfaction at all stages of the project, acting as a link between the client and the internal departments.
- Implement sales strategies into practice.
- Maintain CRM Tools (Victori, Market Share).
- Follow the company procedures and workflows.
- Continuous improvement on product knowledge (Doka and competitors), services, and solutions.
- Consider Doka Products, Services & Solutions Added Value while negotiating.
- Implement Doka Systems/Components.
Knowledge / Experience
- Degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Min 2 years of sales and/or construction experience in the Middle East/Qatar, with formwork experience as an advantage.
- Working knowledge of market and competition, as an advantage.
- Fluent in English is required; Turkish as an advantage.
- Proficient computer skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
