POSITION OVERVIEW

As Simulator Engineer you will implement the entire portfolio of VI-grade simulators at customers around the world. You will support the initial commissioning of the systems including the configuration of the IT infrastructure and the integration of cockpits along with the visualization system.

RESPONSIBILITY

Implementation and commissioning of simulators
Work with suppliers and conduct factory acceptance tests
Initial operational training of customers
Support and maintenance of existing simulators
Run simulator sessions for car development
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Completed training as vehicle mechanic / vehicle mechatronics engineer or comparable qualification
Practical experience with vehicle simulation software (such as VI-CarRealTime)
Practical experience with commercial software such as Matlab and Simulink
Knowledge of system architecture and networks is an advantage
Fluent in German and English
