Hey there future tech lead. Are you ready to lead a team of brilliant minds and work on novel IoT and AI technology? Look no further, because this venture capital-backed start-up with a recent $10m raise, is looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to join the squad.

As the Tech Lead, you’ll be the captain of the ship, charting the course for the software roadmap. You’ll lead a team of 3 software engineers as they tackle networking and computer vision challenges for this IoT and AI product.

You’ll get to sharpen your leadership skills here as you help recruit new members to the team, coach and develop the existing team and put in place software best practice.

This is your opportunity to put your mark on a tech start-up that’s about to ramp production for their novel sensor from the tens, into the thousands and onto the millions.

But don’t worry, this isn’t a one-person show – you’ll work closely with the existing leadership team which includes ex-Apple Engineers, Oxford PhD Grads and a CEO that’s scaled and exited previous successful start-ups.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in C++ and Python software development and 2 years of experience managing teams
• A background in networking and computer vision
• Bonus points if you have experience with IoT and AI products

Naturally, this is a flexible work environment which means early/late start/finishes alongside work from home options.
