  • Supervise the design, installation, and maintenance of all types of hardware, servers, firewalls, anti-virus etc.
  • Review and analyze the software and hardware needs; recommend changes and upgrades to provide efficient, effective, and timely service to users across business.
  • Supervise the network administration functions for the entire company and ensure data security.
  • Manage all data center, email server administration and domain controls administration across the business.
  • Provide requisite technical support of main severs computers.
  • Analyze changes in software and hardware issued by manufacture or vendor and determine impact on existing production systems, systems design, programming standards, and operating procedures.
  • Provide guidance to system designers and programmers in use of system software and linkage to application software along with assistance in application development.
  • Participate in planning data transmission networks in support of data processing systems.
  • Establish and administer a program of monitoring, measuring, and evaluating hardware and software performance.
  • Contribute to and maintain system standards.
  • Ensures that daily, weekly & monthly backups across the divisions are taken.
  • Conduct periodic review of system policies and procedures, documentation for all the Systems, database and applications.
  • Ensure continuous update and maintenance of user accounts & policies.
  • Ensure the data security & safety across the organization.
  • Participate in internal MIS task teams, such as Long-Range Planning, Short Ranges Planning
  • Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
  •  Manage and maintain LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
  • Recommend new system software and hardware to provide data processing solutions for business needs.
  • Design and establish data recovery procedures to ensure retrieval on all data and system software.
  • Provide technical support to MIS organization at all times (24/7); coordinate with the technical team for routine checks.
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools, firewall, Antivirus, and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
  • Upgrade and configure system software that supports company’s infrastructure applications or asset management applications per project or operational needs.
  • Maintain and ensure adherence to operational, configuration, or other procedures.
  • Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
  • Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
  • Maintain data center environmental clean and up to its standards.
  • Maintain and upkeep with current knowledge in new and existing systems software and hardware to ensure productivity, capability, and /or the least-cost ratio.
  • Provide input to application system resources requirements as they are being designed.
  • Develop tools, procedures, and training sessions for Operations, Technical Support and Systems Development employees to assist with work.
  •  Provide advice and recommend actions involving complex IT issues. Resolve problems within established practice. Escalate critical problems to management as appropriate
  •  Ensure that appropriate action is taken to anticipate, investigate and resolve problems in systems and services ensuring that such problems are fully documented within relevant system(s)
