  • Design, deploy, integrate and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.
  • Direct experience supporting, patching, and troubleshooting various end-point devices such as laptops, workstations, mobile phones.

Skills

Desired Skills:

  • VMWare Workspace ONE Intelligence and Assist.
  • Experience with marketing and customer adoption of Workspace ONE technologies.
  • Experience with Infrastructure configuration and management of macOS and Windows, macOS and Windows MDM troubleshooting and enrollment process, Active Directory Group Policy, Workspace One Baselines
  • VCP-DW or VCP certified
  • Advanced knowledge of supporting VMWare’s Workspace ONE in enterprise environments.
