The Position
- We provide you with ALL YOUR LEADS:
- 12 lead sources
- We will spend over $1,000,000 on leads in the next 12 months
- Average advisor will sell 200 applications per year
- Our top Advisor has sold over 700 applications in a single year
- Get leads real time
- Some by email
- Some are live calls
- All leads initiated from customers; not from telemarketing efforts
- High closing rates
- Work from home non-face to face
- Some face to face leads also available
- Flexible hours available 7 days a week (work 4 days or more.
- Work from, 40 hours or more…until you drop if you choose

- Contracted with ALL carriers (over 30 ofthem)

- 8 full days on product training with various carriers
- 60-100 hours of field training (live for local, virtual for remote advisors)
- 7 days a week support line (9am to Midnight EST)

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- FSRA License is required or willing to obtain.
- Additional language preferred but not required: Tagalog, Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Cantonese, Mandarin, Persian, or Urdu.
- Driver’s license with own vehicle (currently 100% working from home, but post COVID some local client visits MAY be required.)
Preferred Skills
- Highly organized, strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, email and general Internet use
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Insurance background an asset
