Our customer, a global market leader in the field of energy and telecommunications cables and systems, is currently looking for an Installation Project Engineer for the Bayreuth location with the following tasks:

Tasks

Coordinating and ensuring that the engineering team meets all contract and customer requirements
Preparation of technical installation documents
Planning of the installation activities
Preparation of a detailed plan of; Customer contact person for all installation issues
Elaboration of detailed technical specifications to be passed on to the subcontractors
Ensuring implementation is performed in accordance with documented plans and procedures and ensuring revisions are discussed with PM and documented
Ensure that each installation operation is carefully planned in advance and that procedures are well documented and understood by site personnel prior to any site activity
Ensuring that implementations comply with applicable laws, regulations, standards and environmental policies and ensure that measures are taken to protect the environment and prevent pollution
Preparation of final As Built documentation
qualification

University degree as an engineer (civil engineering preferred)
2-3 years in a comparable position
Fluent written and spoken German and English
Knowledge of the typical installation tasks for HV land cable installations would be an advantage
Experience in planning installation activities
teamwork
Problem solving skills and goal orientation
Ability to set and implement priorities pragmatically
Knowledge of all basic software programs such as Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD
This is a permanent full-time position.
