Job Description:
Esox Engineering is seeking to hire a Mechanical Engineer for a product development position in our consulting firm. This is a full-time, in-office, salaried position.
Esox is a strategic product research and development firm that is trusted by our clients to deliver the results they need. A successful candidate will be responsible for working directly with the clients as well as participating in the internal culture of refining engineering and product development skills. The successful candidate will evolve over time into a technical or team leader that will be expected to mentor and guide future engineers.

The starting salary range for this role is $65k – $75k, plus an annual discretionary profit-sharing bonus. Responsibilities:
Direct client contact
Attention to project and engineering details
Engineering analysis and calculations
CAD modeling and FEA analysis
Designing, building, and testing prototypes
Creative problem solving
Communicating, sketching, and describing concepts
Learning and growth of engineering skills
Qualifications:
A passion for product development
BS in Mechanical Engineering, or similar
Relevant experience in PTC/Creo or Solidworks
Direct employment as a product development engineer
Demonstrable practical product development experience
Ability to collaborate and contribute to a demanding team
