We’re looking for a Software Engineer/Process Modeler to:
- be one of our lead business process modelers
- share your experience with all the other members in the cross teams
- actively contribute to our modelling community to define standards and best practice
- be part of one of our feature teams and closely interact with our business stakeholders to define business process implementations
Your team
You’ll be working in an international environment in our office in Doha, Qatar with teams and stakeholders in Zurich, Hong Kong, Singapore and Manila. We are responsible for providing process implementation’s on our Dynamic Case Management Platform. With five feature teams we are implementing and running processes for Client Advisors, Middle Office Agents and Risk Officers for Global Wealth Management and Personal and Corporate Banking.
Your expertise
- university degree or equivalent in computer science, mathematics, engineering or related disciplines
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role with strong business process modelling skills and ideally the experience in using BPM frameworks/products
- expertise with BPM engine (e.g. Flowable, Activity, Camunda) is a strong plus
- proven practical experience in full stack web and software development (Java/C#) , experience in building solutions using design standards
- practical experience using dev tools including GitLab and Jira
- diligent, concise and accurate work style, with great attention to detail
- strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
