QHSE Manager for a global technology company in Norway

Job Description

On behalf of the Client, a global technology company, we are looking for an experienced QHSE Manager, specialized in safety, quality, health, and environmental matters. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Root cause analysis and investigations of QHSE incidents, ensuring QHSE standards are met and findings are addressed
• Provide guidance and training to employees on QHSE protocols, including safety procedures, quality standards, and environmental practices.
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of QHSE response plans, such as emergency, crisis, and infection response plans

Requirements:

• Completed studies in Chemical Engineering, HSE, Public Health, or related courses
• Minimum 8 years of QHSE experience within the energy sector
• SharePoint & Power Platform (specifically PowerBI, PowerApps) experience preferred
• Data discipline and understanding of management systems
• Expert command of English
