F&B Supervisor for an international hotel and restaurant chain in Qatar

Job Description

On behalf of the Client, an international hotel and restaurant chain in the Gulf region, we are looking for experienced F&B Supervisors. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the inventory of all food and beverages in an establishment
• Conduct checks to ensure that enough products are on hand to serve the customer
• Order items as needed and generate inventory reports for superiors

Requirements:

• Completed studies in hospitality courses or related fields
• Minimum five years of experience in relevant roles in international work environments
• Expert command of English or Arabic

Remuneration:

• Basic salary – starting from QAR 3,500
• Housing – single room in a shared apartment
• Transportation – provided
• Annual leave – 21 days; Public Holidays – 11 days; per annum
• Yearly vacation ticket
• Duty meals provided, medical and life insurance
