  • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information.
  • Document financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Reconciling the company’s bank statements and Preparing book keeping  ledgers
  • Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
  • Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
  • Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
  • Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company.
  • Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
  • Preparing budgets, annual reports and strategies
  • Processing online payments and bank statements
  • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Facilitate a swift monthly closure by computing essential factors like tax returns, fixed assets, and ledger data.
  • Assist the yearly external audit of the company. Able to handle the auditor’s assessments.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.
