Main Duties, responsibilities and expertise
o Develop, execute policy objective & standards applicable to cost/schedule controls coupled with analysis activities
o Direct all cost engineering functions, including cost forecasting, cost control cost analysis
o Lead all planning and scheduling functions, incl. schedule development, control, analysis, and ongoing recommendations for improvement
o Provide status reports and related project reporting analyses to company and client management
o Identify problems and coordinate with the project team to correct and ensure work is being coordinated between the other departments and offices to meet project requirements
o Prepare various project controls plans and reports, financial summaries, and related activities for project management on assigned projects
o Serve as a liaison with business unit functional management to coordinate workload and staffing plans, work processes, and procedures
o Evaluate projects at each stage of development to secure cost and financial activities of the project team inclusive of ensuring client/contractual obligations met
o Review contract drafts regarding related terms & conditions to project controls requirements and coordinate development of data in support of contract compliance
o Experience in planning & scheduling functions, including schedule development, control and analysis
o Leadership skills with ability to successful direct and motivate a team inclusive of interacting with client personnel
o Advanced knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction projects
o Significant experience in project controls, commercial operations, and/or prime contract experience with emphasis on project controls and financial issues
o Broad knowledge of Project Control Systems and processes incl. schedule software, databases and spreadsheet
o Comfortable working with all levels and functions in a constructive fashion to achieve responsibilities and goals
o Lead and manage project control activities for multiple projects from initiation to completion
o Create and manage project timelines, track progress and provide regular updates to senior management
o Monitor and analyze project risks, issues, and change requests
o Establish and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders
o Utilize industry best practices and standards to secure successful project execution
o Review of contractual objects and clauses regarding project control issues then prepare and develop:
· Planning and cost control procedures, WBS, CBS, PMS, WPA,
· Overall and detailed time schedules, remedy action plan, catch-up plan, critical path and longest path
· Resource allocating to project activities, monitor and analyze,
· Project budget, funding requirements and cash flows analysis, monitor and reports,
· Planning and cost reporting formats, analytical report versus project schedule/budget,
· Risk assessment report, analysis and participate in the risk mitigating meeting,
· Project change log, report and management,
· Identify delayed activities reports and indicate route cause analysis, earned value reports and analysis,
· Review subcontractor schedules and then indicate/highlight impact on the project overall schedule,

prepare project control procedures, prepare and develop WBS/CBS/PMS/WPA template and structure, review subcontractor basic and detail time schedule, monitor and control project CPM, prepare engineering statistical report and Procurement statistical report, prepare delay analysis report and root causes of delay, prepare remedy action plan, review and supervise subcontractors work fronts in construction, prepare and participate in risk assessment meeting
Prepare and submission Planning, cost Control and Invoicing Procedures, Prepare project MDR (Master Document Register) and MCI (Material Control Index) with coordination relevant discipline managers, Prepare Basic and detail time schedule and project s-curves, longest path and critical path and update/monitor them, Coordinate and manage progress and scheduled review meeting and tack proper preventive or corrective action plan, Prepare project daily drilling cost reports, Monitor and control project procurement status and compare it with project targets, Prepare project budget and cash flows in different phases and update it in monthly bases, Prepare earned value reports, Coordinate and communicate with client planner and project manager and discipline managers
