Godrej MSR City is a famous ultra-luxury apartment project that is almost ready to open. It’s in North Bangalore, in Devanahalli. The master plan for the project includes 62 acres, 20 acres of which are open green space. It will be built in three stages and have 4000 flats that are 1, 2, and 3 BHK in size. The 2 BHK flat costs at least 30 K rupees a month to rent. Prices start at Rs. 60 Lakhs and go up from there in the city with 25 towers. In February 2025, Phase 1 of the Godrej Properties project in Devanahalli began. The first phase will cover 13 acres and have 1675 high-end units.
