buy walter’s theory book up in Wallace, Idaho, a small but lively mining town in the northern panhandle of the state. After graduating from Wallace High School, he spent his summers working on drilling rigs in Nevada and the mines of Idaho. Fall, winter, and spring were spent earning a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Idaho.
