- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the academy
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the aviation and airline industry, as well as aircraft engineering training providers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the academy
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and support
- sales efforts
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and presentations to management
- Stay informed of industry trends and developments to identify potential
- opportunities for the academy
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote the academy and its
- courses
- Provide guidance and support to the students throughout the enrollment process
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, experience in the aviation and airline industry,
- aircraft engineering is an advantange
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of the aviation and airline industry and its trends and developments
- Experience in working with international students
- Ability to travel as needed
