Job Description

To assist the Engineering Asset and Document Controller with the Asset files and data management of all technical documentation, certification and information relating to the company’s equipment.
<br />The role will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is processed and archived to a high standard relating to equipment, to allow for implementation of standardised documentation within UAE Engineering to support the global business requirements.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b>
<br />• Manage day to day Asset certification in line with Project requirements
<br />• Maintain and control all Equipment calibration in line with business procedures
<br />• Update and control all Assets certification within System and file all electronic documents in line with business procedures
<br />• Complete Offshore Visits and complete asset inspections with Third party inspectors
<br />• Ensure output meets project quality standards
<br />• Enforce health and safety procedures

<br />Requirements
<b>Qualification(s) & Training (E – Essential / P – Preferred):</b>
<br />Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Industrial discipline or equivalent technical qualification with 3 years’ work experience in related field (E)
<br />Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical/ HSEQ/ Industrial/ Environmental Engineering (P)
<br />Certified IMS (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 & API Spec Q2) Internal Auditor with minimum of 2 years Auditing experience. (P)
<br />PMP Certified with at least 5 years of multiple project and people management experience (P)
<br />Basic Offshore Survival Induction & Emergency Training (BOSIET) (E)
<br />
<br />
<b>Experience(s) (E – Essential / P – Preferred):</b>
<br />Minimum 5-6 years total working experience in Operations Role with 3+ years in relevant sector (energy / oil & gas) with an aggregate of 4 year offshore/ island-based work experience (E).
<br />Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience working within oilfield drilling waste industry as related service or process provider (P)
<br />Demonstrate proven experience in organising your own work effectively and setting priorities to meet competing deadlines. (E)
<br />Commitment and strong understanding of the issues surrounding the quality of client service delivery (E)
<br />Working knowledge with Microsoft Office and the ability to use business support software (E)
<br />

<br />Strong leadership qualities, customer service, project management, and quality control skills (E)
<br />Ability to produce and analyse management information reports and make key recommendations to senior management based on these results. (E)
