£40,000 – £45,000 per annum (Permanent)

East Lothian, Scotland

 

Conrad Consulting is delighted to be working with a well-known private house builder who have an abundance of developments spread across Edinburgh & The Lothians and now have the requirement for Assistant Site Managers to join their operations team.

The candidate will be expected to support the Site Manager with the management of subcontractors and site labour, RAMS, material and plant procurement and also be involved in customer care and product handover.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and eager to develop their career within construction management and the house building sector. Previous experience within a similar role would be extremely advantageous.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate/have the following:

  • Trade background
  • CSCS
  • SMSTS
  • First aid qualified
  • NVQ Residential Construction
  • Knowledge of timber kit construction methods
  • Understanding of NHBC regulations
  • Strong Health & Safety mindset
