Assistant Site Manager/Site Manager

I’m currently working with a House builder, in assisting them with recruiting of an Assistant Site Manager, for their timber frame housing scheme in Surrey.

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal fit out from 1st fix through to handover, sharing key stage inspections with the Site Manager, which is carrier out via a web based app. You will be responsible for managing sub-contractors and managing health and safety on site. Timber frame experience is a must.

This is an 8 months contract role, payment made via CIS and you must a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate.
