The successful candidate should have:

• Capacity to work in a busy team environment
• Able to meet strict deadlines
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to manage and delegate daily tasks to a team
• Liaise closely and report to Site/Project Manager on daily basis
• Experience in Builder work relating to Residential, Commercial projects
• Ability to demonstrate extensive knowledge in all facets of Builders work
• Own tools and the ability to handle tools. Qualifications
• Qualified – NVQ course or equivalent
• 2 + years’ experience within this field (Preffered)
• Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible / innovative approach to problems and opportunities
