THE POSITION

We are looking for a Business Analyst that will provide detailed, comprehensive, testable, and traceable process components in several formats including but not limited to Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Data Requirements, System Software Specifications and Use Cases. This person will provide business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation support; translate business process needs into technical requirements, provide change management and training support; and the ability to communicate organizational and strategic planning for both technical and functional environments.

This person must possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant disciplines. In addition to a minimum of five (5) years of current experience (to include educational) in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts, change management and training support. It is desired that this person has UI/UX experience for software applications.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $125,000.
