We ”VERSATILE GROUP” are looking for experienced Business Development Executives and Business Development Managers to join our team in our head office in Dubai Oasis silicon to promote our products such as indoor/outdoor wooden flooring, wooden wall cladding, outdoor furniture, umbrellas, façade and other products related to landscaping industry to developers, consultants, contractors and fit-out companies. We are dealing with very famous brand such as MOSO bamboo, Kebony, Grad, flexbrick, Graphic concrete, Viro, thermory, Moisture shield, Ipomea, Coowin, Crema, Alpbau, CB Design and other brands. Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identifying and analyzing market trends and customer needs to develop new product lines.
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and profits.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Managing and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Continuously monitoring and analyzing the competitive and market conditions.
- Representing the company at trade shows, events, and other industry-related functions.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a business development manager in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferable to be in civil or architect engineering.
- Strong technical understanding of the specifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Package
