Create tenders and order confirmations

Cooperate with internal buying teams at HOFER Global Sourcing

Communicate with internal departments in English

Optimize internal processes by contribution of ideas

My qualifications
Completed commercial apprenticeship or something similar

Initial relevant work experience with a focus on data maintenance of advantage

Proficient in the computer (especially in MS Office)

Relevant SAP Ariba knowledge beneficial

Business-fluent English skills

Engaged, independent and organized way of working with a focus on high quality output

Very good communication and team skills

remuneration
Attractive large annual salary starting from € 35,100 for 38.5 hours/week, willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification. Hours per week: possible from 24 hours up to 38.5 hours/week.
