Civil Foreman

The main purpose of the role is to supervise and mentor the Mason, Steel fixer, Carpenter & labours in achieving their daily assignments.

1. Coordinate the site activities with the Civil Engineer and site team according to priorities and plans.
2. Monitor the technical aspects of the site activities and ensure that all civil works is being completed as per the standard and best practice.
3. Support the site team with technical information and drawings and visit the site regularly for generating daily report for the ongoing works on site.
4. Evaluate the usable resources (Manpower and material) and plan the resources for the given jobs in coordinate with the civil engineer.
5. Maintain the log sheets and records for all machineries, tools and materials, with purchase history, delivery, stock inventory and updating them on regular basis as per the civil engineer instruction.
6. Prepare BOQ for maintenance works as per the design and specification, and report end-of-work summary.
7. Read and handle different type of Engineering drawings on paper and by AutoCAD software, and provide the site team with sufficient technical data.
8. Read and review the material specification and evaluate the adequate material for different jobs.
